Tim has specialized in pastoral psychotherapy for over 30 years. He has worked in diverse interfaith settings such as hospital chaplaincy, counseling centers, retreat and seminar leadership in psychology and religion, clinical supervision of counselors in training as well as leadership and organizational consulting with congregations.
Ordained in the Presbyterian Church, USA, in 1986, Tim counts among his mentors R. Rangaramanujam Ayyangar, a visiting professor of the sacred music of South India and a colleague of Gandhi, and Elizabeth Boyden Howes, an analyst in the Jungian tradition who worked with Carl and Emma Jung.
